It’s no secret that people love to consume this delicious, hot beverage. And what do so many people directly associate with coffee? Work, productivity, drive and energy.

Whether it’s before, during, or after, coffee makes tough days a lot more bearable for millions of people every day. This is part of the reason why coffee is so essential to company culture.

How to Incorporate Coffee in Your Workplace

Once you’ve realized that coffee is an essential element to your workplace, you need to decide how best to incorporate it. It’s important to consider what your employees value. These should be reflected in your company coffee decisions.

For example, people care about the trading practices and environmental impact of their coffee beverages in the same way they care about taste.
