I was in Singapore for 4 days for a short trip to a company that I’ll be interning for. I gave a short presentation on Twitter to the team, and one of the discussions that came up was whether a business should be Twitter or not, since not all businesses are able to maintain a presence after a while, and their account goes inactive after a few days or months of using it. Question: Should your brand be on twitter? What would be better? Scenario 1: An inactive account on Twitter that doesn’t respond to the people’s inquiries or problems Scenario 2: No presence on Twitter at all?
