Keep a schedule and stay flexible
Working at home is not an excuse for you to wake up late and do things randomly. Ensure that your days are kept like the traditional work days, however, this doesn’t mean you slave from 9 to 5 without rest. Keep a consistent schedule. Determine when you should start working and when you will end. While you are at it, take some few minutes off. For instance, you can work for 90 minutes, take some few minutes to stretch, get back to work and at around 3 pm, take a long break.
