  1. The last time I was suspended from Twitter it was due to frequent mentions! I have stopped doing so many mentions, so now I don’t understand why I’m suspended again I didn’t get any e-mail about this, so this was quite a shock. Is it because I’ve been replying to year or sometimes two year old messages!?

  6. My twitter wouldn’t let me log in and it didn’t say I had been suspended but it was a friend that told me, I click on the URL about suspended account and it says that the page is no longer there, I don’t have a clue what to do, can someone help me?

  13. Does your account get suspended only if someone reports you or does Twitter itself monitor accounts and suspend them? I got suspended for sneding unsolicited tweets — I tweet contests that I enter on blogs like hundreds of other posts I see. Do they suspend you if you tweet too many times in one time period? What criterion do they use in this case?

  14. I just got twitter yesterday. I was following my friends and getting them to follow me. All from my high school. Hadnt tweeted anything yet then i go on the next day and it says my account is suspended. Im really confused as to why my account got suspended. Is it because i hadnt tweeted yet? I mean cmon it was a day. Im getting mad because ive barely had it for 24 hours and im already getting suspended for no reason. Please help if you can. Thankyou if you can.

  19. When I try to reply to the twitter e-mail, after the ticket, it just says ‘Please, reply above the line’ and I have been but, it just keeps sending ‘Please reply above the line’ again and again, help! Thanks

  21. I did everything it says. Received email @1:20 am acct reopen in
    24hrs. Checked my acct sure enough appeared to b getting there.
    After I woke that morn replied as u said. Within 2 min received mail
    saying acct reopen 24hrs. Something about tried to update
    closed acct? I checked my acct everything gone again. I assumed
    suspended again. Replied asking had. I done something while it was
    closed. Then received mail that I needed to do another form. So I did
    I did explaining, and asking what I’d done. No didn’t not corresponding
    with human. To shorten this I received 3 more mails saying fill out another
    form. Filled out 3 I think. Get another mail to fill out form. By this time I’m
    so confused. Instead of sending another form I replied to the request asking
    what was happening. Then got email that site would no longer except email
    from me. Go to twitter help site for help, I can’t send anything on twitter, I’m
    suspended. I know u said create another acct but they said that would lead
    to permanent suspension? I don’t know if glitch n system or what. I thought I
    doing what told? Sad part set up by another twitter. Even where she smirked
    about my acct being closed. I’d appreciate any help u can give. Hope asking
    Someone it doesn’t get me in more trouble.

  22. I had 2 accts suspended. I was told it was a good idea to have a back-up acct, then had both suspended because I had multiple accts. I have been waiting for over a week. I filed a ticket and they said I violated the rules, so I emailed back and asked which rule. That’s when I was told for having multiple accts. Not sure if I’ll ever get my acct back. I’m sad.

    In about an hour? I wrote yest what had happened
    within two hrs bk except followers, that’s been
    29hrs ago? I did look it up, if u open an acct
    while suspended both accts will b permanently
    suspended. That’s twice now they have almost
    unsuspended me. Makes u wonder if the person
    who oring. went after me (cause she doesn’t
    want people reading her messages or jumping
    in uninvited)…Called unsolicited @ and reply.
    I thought I read n 101 to join n conversations of
    Interest?

  25. I think the Twitter police think tweeters are an automated machine.
    That’s probably why accounts get suspended.They want to make sure
    you are an actual twitter.I receive a suggestion list of accounts to follow.I follow lots of accounts in an hour.I have a variety of topics to choose from on my twitter feed.
    Boy do I receive lots of followers.Now I will just follow five accounts per day,one per hour.See the Twitter Police has to be an automated system that keeps track of the activities.

  33. My Twitter account got suspended for so-called “aggressive behavior”
    (mind you, there are people who are way MORE aggressive in their views,
    yet their accounts are completely intact). Anyway, I didn’t even realize
    exactly when my account got suspended, and Twitter didn’t even send me
    an email or any kind of notification for it. And the worst part is that
    you can’t even delete a suspended Twitter account. So, I got my Twitter
    account un-suspended (by agreeing to a few of their so-called rules
    about “proper behaviour”). And after un-suspending my Twitter account, I
    deleted my account completely.

    I’m NEVER going to create a Twitter
    account again. Ever.

  34. The Idea of using another account only gets that locked as well, they cut all ways for you to keep your followers informed and its like talking to a brick wall.

  35. Been on twitter for 5 years and my account got suspended yesterday. I opened a ticket but it was closed by them and no response. So i opened another ticket and the same thing happened, closed without no response. If it’s not restored soon I will never use it again and become an activist against twitter. If people don’t like what you post just ignore them but however i think instead they just report you for spam or something and twitter suspends you without review.

  46. Well, I got suspended once, and now again… i guess that’s cus of ” get more followers stuff” , um I sent them Report like 6 times, and got reply, so I did explain the prob, It’s day 2 of banning, SO I AM JUST WAITING 😀

  48. me too, i got suspended for agressive behavior and for spamming but i only tweeted like 3 times..

  49. I got suspended for reporting “nude spams”, people were asking me to send them nudes on kik, and i reported it and now I am suspended.
